As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for supporting the stability, security, and efficiency of identity and access management operations for technical and business stakeholders.
- Architect, implement, and support enterprise directory services solutions across Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, and hybrid directory environments.
- Perform advanced operational support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and change management for authentication, authorization, DNS, replication, group policy objects, service accounts, and directory object configurations.
- Lead day-to-day IAM and directory platform activities, including platform maintenance, upgrades, patching, reporting, compliance support, and ServiceNow incident and change coordination.
- Develop and maintain automation and reporting solutions using PowerShell and support migration and enhancement activities across IAM platforms, tools, and directory services environments.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver operational reviews, technical issue resolution, documentation, runbooks, knowledge assets, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.
Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24*7 rotational shifts; night, weekend, and holiday coverage required; on-call support based on project assignments
Qualifications
Required:
- 3 to 5 years total experience, in supporting Active Directory and Entra ID in an operational or managed services capacity.
- Experience supporting Active Directory and Entra ID operations in an operational or managed services environment.
- Experience with incident management, change management, and compliance activities for directory services and identity and access management platforms.
- Experience leading support activities, mentoring junior team members, and supporting enhancement or implementation projects for Active Directory and Entra ID.
- Experience with service level agreements, reporting, IT service management processes, and process documentation.
- Experience developing or maintaining PowerShell automation or scripts for operational support and reporting.
Preferred:
- Experience with identity and access management platforms used in managed services environments.
- Experience with automation, orchestration, or operational optimization in Active Directory, Entra ID, or other directory platforms.
- Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives or internal training.
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Intermediate or directory platform certifications.
