About the Apprenticeship
This is an apprenticeship-style opportunity focused on mentorship and hands-on learning rather than financial compensation.
Unlike a typical internship where tasks are delegated for execution, this apprenticeship is designed to help someone learn how early-stage startups attract users, develop content strategy, build distribution channels, and communicate complex ideas effectively.
You will work directly with the founder and receive regular feedback, guidance, and context behind every decision.

- Duration: Initially 1 month
- Commitment: 6–8 hours per week

What You'll Work OnAudience Research
- Research discussions around ADHD, productivity, neurodiversity, body-doubling, and behavior design
- Identify recurring pain points, questions, and user needs
- Maintain a repository of content ideas and insights
Content Creation
- Draft 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week
- Draft 1–2 Reddit posts per week
- Convert founder insights, product decisions, and research findings into engaging content
Distribution & Community Engagement
- Publish approved content through Ataraxia's social channels
- Engage thoughtfully with comments and relevant discussions
- Identify online communities where Ataraxia's target users are already active
Learning & Strategy
- Learn audience research and positioning from first principles
- Understand how startups acquire their first users
- Learn content strategy, messaging, and organic growth fundamentals
- Participate in regular feedback and mentorship sessions
Who Should Apply
