Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for executing and coordinating digital
marketing and branding activities to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and
online presence. The role requires strong coordination, execution, follow-up, and campaign
management skills to support the marketing function efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Lead in managing day-to-day brand and marketing activities.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across various online channels and platforms.
- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube,
and other digital channels.
- Coordinate with agencies, designers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely
execution of projects.
- Manage follow-ups, timelines, approvals, and maintain marketing trackers.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, content calendars,
photoshoots, and branding initiatives.
- Coordinate development of creatives, packaging, retail branding, and marketing
collateral.
- Support SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and online lead generation activities.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes (MOMs), and maintain organized
documentation.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking to support
marketing initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of ongoing projects with strong attention to detail and
minimal supervision.
- Proactively identify pending tasks, close execution gaps, and support in reducing
day-to-day operational workload for the marketing function.
- Update website content and support online branding activities.
- Handle customer interactions and inquiries received through digital platforms.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong coordination and project execution skills.
- Experience in social media handling and campaign management.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong follow-up, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Google Analytics, and related tools preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or
related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Coordination, or
Marketing Operations.
- Experience in Mattress, Furniture, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Products industry
preferred.
