Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Warehousing, Customs Clearance, and Support Functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and recruitment databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with department heads.
- Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring records.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- + 5-years of recruitment experience, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Forwarding.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
