We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EC Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage Environmental Clearance (EC) projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare, review, and maintain EC applications and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with project proponents, architects, consultants, and government authorities for project-related information.
- Prepare Terms of Reference (ToR) applications and assist in obtaining approvals.
- Coordinate Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies and monitor project timelines.
- Prepare and submit Six-Monthly Post EC Compliance Reports.
- Prepare and submit Annual Environmental Statement and other environmental compliance reports.
- Prepare Post EC Compliance reports and ensure timely submission to regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate with laboratories and technical experts for baseline environmental monitoring.
- Liaise with SEIAA, MoEF&CC, CPCB, MPCB, and other statutory authorities.
- Maintain project documentation, compliance records, and regulatory correspondence.
- Track approval status and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
- Attend client meetings, authority meetings, and site visits whenever required.
- Support senior consultants in preparing technical reports and presentations.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and statutory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Biotechnology, Geology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Environmental Clearance (EC), EIA, or environmental consultancy.
- Freshers with strong environmental knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Environmental Clearance (EC) procedures.
- Familiarity with MoEF&CC, SEIAA, MPCB, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent documentation and report preparation skills.
- Good communication and client coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in EIA documentation and regulatory approvals.
- Knowledge of environmental legislation and compliance requirements.
- Experience in online application portals for environmental approvals.
- Ability to coordinate with government departments and consultants.
