Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Noida (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce application development and implementation projects.
Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
Develop and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
Design and implement integrations with external applications and third-party systems.
Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards.
Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and technical estimations.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Support deployment activities, release management, and production issue resolution.
Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and governance.
