We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate SAP FICO Trainer to deliver high-quality classroom and online training. The trainer will be responsible for teaching SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) concepts, preparing students for real-world projects, certifications, and interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP FICO training in classroom and online sessions.
- Teach SAP FI modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Teach SAP CO modules:
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Conduct practical hands-on sessions using SAP ECC/SAP S/4HANA.
- Develop training materials, assignments, case studies, and assessments.
- Guide students through real-time business scenarios and projects.
- Prepare students for SAP certification and job interviews.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Support placement activities by conducting mock interviews and resume guidance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules.
- Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
- Experience in creating training content and practical exercises.
- Good problem-solving and mentoring skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- SAP FICO Certification is preferred.
- 2+ years of SAP FICO implementation, support, or training experience.
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with real-time SAP implementation projects.
- Knowledge of GST, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with SAP MM and SD integration.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
