Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to convert inquiries into bookings.
Candidates with experience in Banking, Insurance, Credit Cards, Loans, Telecom, BPO, Telesales, or Customer Service are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain project details and address customer queries.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and buying intent.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion targets.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Eligibility
- 0–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Banking, Insurance, Credit Cards, Loans, Telecom, or BPO.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
