Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Tour Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage domestic and international tour packages. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel operations, itinerary planning, vendor coordination, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
- Process tourist, business, student, work, and visit visas for multiple countries.
- Review and verify visa documents to ensure compliance with embassy and immigration requirements.
- Coordinate with embassies, visa application centers, airlines, and travel partners.
- Provide accurate guidance to clients on visa requirements, travel regulations, and documentation.
- Handle complex travel itineraries for individuals, families, and corporate clients.
- Ensure timely processing of visa applications and ticket issuance.
- Resolve customer queries and escalations related to ticketing and visa services.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, visa applications, and customer documentation.
- Stay updated on airline policies, visa regulations, and immigration updates.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and ensuring operational accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in visa processing and airline ticketing.
- Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
- Strong knowledge of international visa procedures and travel documentation.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling corporate travel and group bookings.
- Knowledge of travel insurance and international travel regulations.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Fluency in English; Malayalam and Hindi are an added advantage.
