We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with knowledge in Quantity Surveying and Project Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in cost estimation, project planning, and monitoring construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for projects.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
- Track project progress and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
- Assist in contract documentation and project planning activities.
Qualifications
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering with knowledge or certification in Quantity Surveying (QS) and Project Management tools (Primavera / MS Project).
- OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant experience.
Experience Required
- B.Tech Graduates: Minimum 2 years of experience
- Diploma Holders: Minimum 4 years of experience

- Strong analytical and cost estimation skills
