WE ARE HIRING – SITE ACCOUNTANT (Construction Industry)
Makin Developers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Site Accountant to join our team at our Dehradun Office.
Location: Dehradun
Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualification: B.Com (Finance)
Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records at the project/site level.
✅ Handle bookkeeping, ledger entries, vouchers, cash flow, and account reconciliations.
✅ Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and accounting documentation.
✅ Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
✅ Prepare audited financial statements and support audit activities.
✅ File Income Tax Returns (ITR) and ensure compliance with taxation requirements.
✅ Prepare and file quarterly TDS returns accurately and within timelines.
✅ Coordinate with clients and internal teams for data collection and finalization of books of accounts.
✅ Maintain proper records of site expenses, vendor payments, and material-related transactions.
✅ Generate MIS reports and provide financial updates to management.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements:
✔ Excellent knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel
✔ Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
✔ Knowledge of taxation, TDS, GST, and financial reporting
✔ Experience in the Construction Industry will be preferred
✔ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in financial operations
