We are looking for a seasoned Sales Professional with 12–14 years of experience in selling technology and engineering services to Media, Telecom, Broadcast, and Digital GCCs in India.
Required Qualifications:
- 12–14 years of experience selling into Media, Telecom, Broadcast, Digital, or GCC organizations in India
- Proven experience managing customer relationships at mid-management and executive levels
- Strong understanding of the Media, Telecom, Broadcast, and Digital ecosystem, including market dynamics, customer buying patterns, and competitive landscape
- Experience in account management with a demonstrated track record of year-on-year revenue growth
- Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation and opportunity creation to contracting and collections
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute strategic account plans with minimal supervision
- Build and strengthen relationships with customer stakeholders across business, procurement, and executive leadership teams
- Act as the primary account champion and trusted advisor for key customers
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
- Own procurement and commercial negotiations
- Lead large deal pursuits and closures valued at ₹30 Crores and above
- Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets across assigned territories and solution portfolios
- Develop compelling value propositions, proposal strategies, and win themes
- Present business solutions and strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders
- Actively engage senior Tata Elxsi leadership to build long-term strategic customer relationships
- Advise customers on industry trends, best practices, emerging technologies, and cross-industry opportunities
- Manage customer expectations while balancing business objectives and customer success
- Influence decision-making at executive levels and establish trusted partnerships
- Apply strong business acumen to solve customer challenges and create compelling business cases that articulate value, risks, and trade-offs
