Robomanthan Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to drive business growth and build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads
- Connect with colleges, institutions, and potential corporate clients
- Promote company programs, workshops, and training solutions
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain client relationships
- Support sales and business development activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA/BBA/BCA/B.Com/B.Tech/BA preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
