Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role manages marketing campaigns across multiple channels and collaborates with sales, product, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and content marketing.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Manage the company's brand positioning and messaging.
- Coordinate with sales teams to generate and nurture leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on KPIs and ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize spending.
- Work with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.
- Lead and mentor marketing team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 4–8+ years of marketing experience.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or relevant marketing certification.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and data analytics.
