Role Summary
Spectral is hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager with proven experience selling into Indian media, entertainment, content, OTT, broadcast, digital video and adjacent enterprise customers.
This is a quota-carrying direct sales role responsible for building, qualifying and converting enterprise opportunities into signed revenue.
The role owns the sales process across active and target accounts, including prospecting, qualification, stakeholder mapping, proposal development, commercial negotiation, procurement navigation, CRM discipline, forecasting and closure.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and manage a focused pipeline across media, entertainment, content, OTT, broadcast, digital video and adjacent enterprise sectors
· Generate, qualify and convert opportunities through direct outreach, partner channels, referrals and warm introductions
· Map stakeholders inside complex customer organisations, including buyers, influencers, blockers, budget owners and signatories
· Qualify commercial fit, urgency, decision process, procurement path and revenue potential
· Build account-level close plans with clear next steps, dates, owners, deal values, probabilities and risks
· Lead proposals, pricing discussions, scope definition and commercial negotiations
· Navigate vendor onboarding, procurement, legal review, finance approvals and payment terms Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, reporting and forecasting
· Coordinate with leadership, sales support and delivery teams to ensure commercial alignment and smooth post-close handover
· Maintain accountability for moving deals from interest to contract, purchase order and payment.
Required Qualifications
· 6–12 years of B2B enterprise sales experience
· Proven experience selling into Indian media, entertainment, content, OTT, broadcast, digital video or adjacent enterprise customers
· Strong existing relationships across Indian media, entertainment, content, OTT, broadcast, digital video and adjacent enterprise sectors
· Access to senior stakeholders across business, content, operations, technology, partnerships, procurement and finance functions
· Track record of personally closing B2B enterprise deals, not only opening relationships
· Experience selling into complex organisations with multiple stakeholders, unclear ownership, procurement processes and extended internal approvals
· Strong preference for candidates who have sold media-tech, broadcast technology, localisation, dubbing, post-production, workflow software, SaaS, ad-tech, content operations, distribution services or other enterprise solutions into media/content customers

· Ability to create commercial clarity inside complex enterprise accounts
· Systematic, measurable sales process from qualification to closure
· Disciplined use of CRM, pipeline hygiene, reporting, forecasting and sales reviews
· Hands-on approach to follow-ups, documentation, pricing, procurement steps and payment milestones
· Ability to engage senior enterprise stakeholders while managing execution details personally Strong bias for action; does not wait for perfect information or constant direction
· Clear communication on pipeline status, risks, next steps and blockers
· Ability to create urgency without damaging relationships
