About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified Finance professional with hands-on experience in CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects to join our team. This is an immediate requirement for a MedTech/pharmaceutical organization with operations across multiple international locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track CAPEX budgets for capital projects and asset investments
- Prepare CAPEX forecasts, variance analysis, and financial reporting
- Evaluate project cost proposals and provide financial recommendations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineering, and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations (FDA, EMA, ISO 13485)
- Support capital asset validation and equipment cost tracking
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets
- Prepare monthly/quarterly CAPEX reports for senior management
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years in finance with CAPEX project exposure
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of CAPEX vs. OPEX principles
- Proficiency in financial planning and budgeting tools
- Experience with ATS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical/MedTech regulatory requirements (preferred)
- Additional:
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across multiple time zones
