Role Overview
We are looking for a Video Content Creator who is confident on camera, has excellent communication skills, and enjoys creating engaging video content. This role is ideal for someone who loves presenting, teaching, and connecting with audiences through video.
As a Video Content Creator, you will become one of the faces of FunnelKit’s content ecosystem. You will create software tutorials, product demonstrations, YouTube educational videos, advertisements, Reels, and Shorts that educate, engage, and inspire our audience.
The ideal candidate combines the confidence of a content creator with the clarity of a product educator and can communicate complex topics in a simple and engaging way.

- Software Tutorials: Product walkthroughs, feature tutorials, how-to videos
- Product Demonstrations: Feature showcases, product explainers, release videos
- YouTube Content: Educational and instructional videos
- Short-Form Content: Reels, Shorts, social media content
- Marketing Videos: Promotional videos and advertisements
- On-Camera Presentations: Talking-head videos, announcements, and product updates
Key Responsibilities
On-Camera Content Creation
- Record software tutorials, product walkthroughs, and educational videos for YouTube.
- Create engaging on-camera content for Reels, Shorts, and social media platforms.
- Present FunnelKit products and features in a professional, clear, and engaging manner.
- Record promotional videos, advertisements, and feature announcements.
- Deliver content confidently while maintaining a strong on-camera presence.
Product Education & Communication
- Explain software features, workflows, and concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Record screen-sharing tutorials while clearly explaining product functionality.
- Help users understand how FunnelKit products solve real business problems.
- Ensure accuracy and clarity in all educational content.
Content Collaboration
- Collaborate with content writers, marketers, video editors, and product teams.
- Understand scripts, talking points, and content objectives before recording.
- Contribute ideas for video topics, content formats, and creative improvements.
- Record multiple takes when required to achieve the best delivery and presentation quality.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated with content creation trends, YouTube best practices, and video presentation techniques.
- Continuously improve communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Learn about FunnelKit products and the WooCommerce ecosystem to become a trusted product educator.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong confidence and comfort appearing on camera regularly.
- Clear communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain software products and concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- Comfortable recording screen-sharing tutorials while speaking.
- Good camera presence, energy, and personality.
- Ability to take feedback positively and continuously improve.
- Portfolio or previous content samples demonstrating communication or presentation skills.
- A 1–2 minute introduction video showcasing your communication and presentation abilities.
- Must have access to a good-quality camera setup (a camera or a modern smartphone capable of recording high-quality video).
- Must have a professional-looking recording environment with good lighting, clean framing, and a suitable background for business and educational content.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to record high-quality audio and video from home.
- Comfortable setting up and managing their own recording equipment and shooting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating YouTube videos, tutorials, Reels, Shorts, podcasts, or educational content.
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, WordPress, SaaS products, or eCommerce tools.
- Experience presenting, teaching, public speaking, or creating content online.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of content creation workflows and social media platforms.
Recording Setup Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should have access to:
- A high-quality smartphone camera or dedicated camera capable of recording professional-looking videos.
- A clean, professional, and distraction-free recording background.
- Good lighting setup (natural light or artificial lighting).
- Clear audio recording equipment (external microphone preferred).
- Stable internet connection for collaboration and file sharing.
- Ability to record screen tutorials and on-camera videos independently from home.
