We are looking for an experienced and responsible Kitchen Manager cum Billing Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, manage staff, maintain food quality, and handle billing and cash counter operations. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, restaurant operations experience, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and customer service teams.
Responsibilities
- Kitchen Operations
- Supervise daily kitchen activities and staff.
- Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained.
- Monitor food preparation and service efficiency.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and wastage control.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff.
Billing & Cash Counter
- Handle billing and POS operations accurately.
- Manage daily cash collections and payment reconciliation.
- Ensure proper recording of sales and transactions.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries.
- Generate daily sales reports and submit them to management.
Team & Store Management
- Coordinate between kitchen and front-counter staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations during peak hours.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Support management in improving operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in restaurant, café, QSR, or food service operations.
- Knowledge of kitchen management and billing/POS systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fried chicken, fast-food, or restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with billing software and inventory management.
- Previous experience managing a team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
