Job Summary
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care, assist doctors in treatment procedures, and ensure the overall well-being of patients. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient condition.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthcare practices.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals for patient care.
Requirements
- ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, GIA, or Diploma (1-Year Course).
- Valid nursing registration certificate (if applicable).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.
