Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Export Booking Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling export bookings, coordinating with shipping lines, and ensuring smooth documentation and shipment processes, including specialized cargo such as reefer and dangerous goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle FCL (Full Container Load) bookings with shipping lines efficiently.
- Manage reefer (temperature-controlled) bookings, ensuring proper coordination and monitoring requirements.
- Coordinate with shipping lines for export booking confirmations, schedules, and space availability.
- Prepare and submit DGD (Dangerous Goods Declaration) documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Follow up with internal teams, customers, and shipping lines to ensure timely shipment execution.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, shipment details, and documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters, CHA, and warehouse teams for smooth cargo movement.
- Ensure compliance with export procedures, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle customer queries related to booking status and shipment updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in export documentation or booking within logistics/freight forwarding.
- Good understanding of FCL shipments, reefer cargo handling, and DGD procedures.
- Familiarity with shipping line portals and booking systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of export documentation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
