Role Description The Founding Strategic Partners role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on identifying, building, and managing high-impact strategic partnerships that support InvestZ’s growth and market presence. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential partners, consulting with stakeholders to align mutual goals, and designing partnership structures that create long-term value. The role involves developing business plans, coordinating account management activities, and driving business development initiatives across key markets. Founding Strategic Partners will collaborate closely with leadership to refine partnership strategy, negotiate agreements, track performance metrics, and continuously improve relationship management processes.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Strategic Partnerships and Business Development to identify opportunities, build relationships, and grow partner ecosystems.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Planning skills to analyze markets, structure deals, and design scalable, sustainable partnership models.
