IT Executive – Hotel Industry
Job Summary:
An IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, internet connectivity, hotel management software, and technical support for staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain hotel computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera PMS or IDS Next.
- Ensure uninterrupted internet and Wi-Fi services for guests and staff.
- Install, configure, and update hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to hotel departments.
- Monitor data security, backups, and antivirus systems.
- Maintain CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and access control systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and repairs.
- Generate IT reports and maintain asset records.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Windows Server and desktop administration.
- Basic database management.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS and POS systems.
- Cybersecurity and data backup management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Pay: ₹10,618.14 - ₹37,317.97 per month
