Key Responsibilities-
- Responsible for assigned account and territory sales for Cold Storage.
- Responsible to cultivate business with new and existing customers.
- Identify new opportunities in existing and adjacent markets.
- Manage business development activities to achieve profitability and revenue targets.
- Ensure continuous improvements to systems and processes for better reporting.
- Provide strategic advice on risk and opportunity considerations to senior management.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Develop a new business through market business and vendor management for market booking and network connections in warehouse space will be an asset.
- Focus on achieving and keeping profitable market business.
- Managing receivables/collection as per agreed terms with vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Maintain close working relationships with Customer Service, Operations and Logistics team.
Skills & Other Responsibilities:
- Diplomatic skills to be used in front of the customers.
- Customer centric mind set, focused on building and improving customer relationships and utilizing value selling.
- Basic IT skills (MS Office etc.)
- Maintain Office Decorum & Hygiene
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Master/ bachelors degree
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
