The basic JD for the Wealth Manager will be as follows:
The candidate should be capable of generating ₹5–6 lakh Life Insurance business month-on-month. There is no issue regarding CTC for the right candidate.
Business can be sourced through any channel, such as:
Own sales
Bank tie-ups
Broker network
AMC network
Individual agents
Direct client sourcing
Along with Life Insurance, the candidate may also source Health Insurance and FD business.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
