Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead kitchen operations, manage culinary teams, maintain food quality standards, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for guests. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, menu planning expertise, and the ability to manage kitchen profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all kitchen operations and culinary staff.
- Develop and design innovative menus while maintaining food quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Monitor food preparation and cooking processes.
- Manage kitchen inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Control food costs, wastage, and kitchen expenses.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower planning.
- Handle customer feedback related to food quality and service.
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak business hours.
- Implement SOPs and maintain operational excellence.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management.
- Professional culinary certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of culinary experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, cloud kitchens, QSRs, or hospitality establishments.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food costing, and staff management.
