Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Assistant Finance Executive to support the Finance and Accounts Department in day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, documentation, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial documentation relevant to the construction industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Record daily financial transactions in Excel and verify them in Tally software/ERP for correctness.
- Assist in bank reconciliation statements.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Track customer payments and outstanding receivables.
Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in GST data preparation and reconciliation.
- Support TDS calculations, deductions, and documentation.
- Maintain statutory records and compliance files.
Documentation & MIS
- Organize and maintain finance-related files, contracts, invoices, and bills.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and expense summaries.
- Coordinate with project teams for site expenses and billing data.
Construction-Specific Finance Support
- Track project-wise expenses and budget utilization.
- Assist in contractor bill verification and documentation.
Audit Support
- Assist during internal and statutory audits.
- Provide required documentation and ledger details.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in Finance/Accounts (construction industry preferred).
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally/ERP.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
