Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with 1+ year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth in the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, networking, and outbound activities.
- Handle lead generation via platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, Email Campaigns, etc.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper project understanding and delivery.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in CRM or tracking tools.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in IT services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with lead generation tools and freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into business.
- Basic understanding of web and mobile development services.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
- Familiarity with MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in international client handling.
- Knowledge of proposal writing and bidding processes.
- Understanding of digital marketing or IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
