Position:
Controller of Examinations (COE)
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and conducting university examinations.
- Managing examination schedules, evaluation, and result processing.
- Ensuring compliance with university regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of examination processes.
- Coordinating with academic departments and administrative units.
Eligibility:
- Master's Degree with a good academic record; Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in examination administration, academic administration, or a related field in a university/higher education institution.
- Strong knowledge of university examination systems and regulations.
- Excellent administrative and leadership skills.
· Proficient in using modern technology and examination management software for conducting examinations effectively.

As per University norms and based on qualifications and experience.
