Position: Business Development Lead – Engineering
Industry: Automotive / Engineering Services / Industrial Automation
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive business growth in BIW, Simulation & Engineering services
✔ Manage complete sales cycle – Lead → RFQ → Proposal → Closure
✔ Engage with OEMs & Tier-1 customers
✔ Prepare technical-commercial proposals
✔ Coordinate with engineering teams for solution development
✔ Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets
Required Skills:
✔ Knowledge of BIW processes & Engineering fundamentals
✔ Experience with CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, Inventor
✔ Understanding of Process Simulate & Plant Simulation
✔ Exposure to Virtual Commissioning
✔ Strong communication & presentation skills
✔ Experience in technical sales / industrial automation
Preferred:
✔ Experience with Automotive OEMs (VW, JLR, Ford, etc.)
✔ Exposure to Europe/USA customers
✔ Knowledge of OEM standards like VASS
Education:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Automation Engineering
