Job Title: Admission Executive (Centre Sales)

Job Summary
We are seeking a result-oriented Admission Executive responsible for lead conversion, student
counselling, walk-in management, and driving admissions growth. The role focuses on achieving
sales targets through effective lead follow-up, relationship building with students and parents, and
strong conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Calling
- Handle inbound and outbound leads efficiently.
- Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert leads into walk-in visits.
- Maintain updated lead records in CRM/Excel.
Walk-in Handling & Counselling
- Manage walk-in enquiries from students and parents.
- Provide clear counselling on courses, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting suitable programs.
Admissions & Conversion
- Convert enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed admissions.
- Ensure smooth admission process including documentation and coordination.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
Student & Parent Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Handle queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
- Ensure high satisfaction and trust in the centre.
Centre Sales Support
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in lead generation activities.
- Contribute to overall revenue growth of the centre.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
These will be used to measure performance:
- Lead Conversion Rate (%) – Conversion of leads into walk-ins and admissions
- Daily/Weekly Call Volume – Number of calls made per day
- Walk-in Conversion Rate (%) – Walk-ins converted into admissions
- Monthly Admission Target Achievement (%)
- Follow-up Efficiency – Timely follow-ups on all assigned leads
- CRM/Data Accuracy – Proper updating of lead status and records
- Student/Parent Satisfaction Score (based on feedback)
- Revenue Contribution per Month

- Total Monthly Admissions Generated

Key Skills Required

Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred
- Experience in admissions, telesales, or education counselling is an advantage
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Salary & Incentive
Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives
