We are looking for a competent and enthusiastic BFSI Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training and prepare candidates for careers in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Job Summary:
The BFSI Trainer will be responsible for delivering training programs, developing learner competencies, conducting assessments, and ensuring candidates are industry-ready for employment opportunities in the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for BFSI programs under skill development and project initiatives.
- Deliver training on:
- Banking & Financial Services Fundamentals
- Insurance Basics & Financial Products
- Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Sales & Cross-Selling Techniques
- Banking Operations & Documentation
- Digital Banking & Financial Literacy
- Communication Skills & Soft Skills
- Workplace Etiquette, Grooming & Personality Development
- Interview Preparation & Employability Skills
- Develop lesson plans, training schedules, assignments, and learning materials.
- Monitor student attendance, learning progress, and performance.
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, role plays, and practical sessions.
- Maintain training records, reports, MIS, and documentation as per project guidelines.
- Provide mentoring, career guidance, and learner support.
- Coordinate with mobilization, assessment, and placement teams to improve training outcomes and placements.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, project requirements, and quality benchmarks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, Finance, Banking, or related disciplines.
- Certification in BFSI / Banking / Insurance / Financial Services preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in BFSI Training, Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Sales, or Skill Development Training.
- Experience in NSDC / Government / CSR / Skill Development Projects will be an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills.
- Good understanding of banking operations, financial products, insurance, and customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, Internet, and reporting tools.
- Strong documentation, MIS handling, and learner engagement abilities.
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide trainees toward employment readiness.
