EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 12 – 15 years of academic experience, with exposure to
agile or sprint-based education models preferred.
Demonstrated success in managing academic
programmes, research projects, and industry
collaborations.

Role Overview:
The Programme Director – Life Science will lead the academic development and
delivery of cutting-edge Life Science programmes. With a primary focus on
teaching, the role will involve innovative curriculum design, fostering student
engagement, and aligning academic programmes with industry needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Leadership and Curriculum Development:
- Design, review, and continuously improve Life Science programmes to reflect
advancements in the field and industry demands.
- Integrate interdisciplinary approaches by collaborating with other
departments.
- Develop partnerships with industry and government bodies to include
real-world projects and certifications in the curriculum.
2. Research and Innovation in Teaching:
- Incorporate emerging trends and technologies in Life Science into teaching
practices.
- Encourage student and faculty involvement in research addressing current
challenges in Life Science.
- Publish educational resources, case studies, and academic papers on Life
Science teaching methodologies.
