Acolyte Living is a student housing platform helping students moving abroad find verified, transparent accommodation across the UK and beyond. Behind every smooth booking is a serious operations and supply engine. This role puts you right inside it.
About the Role
You will work shoulder to shoulder with the founders and learn the ins and outs of actually running a business: supply partnerships, strategy, data, operations and everything in between. If you want to start up someday, or just want to learn faster than any classroom allows, this is the seat.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with the founders on supply, strategy and special projects
- Manage and analyse data across supply, demand and operations in Excel and Google Sheets
- Build trackers, dashboards and reports that drive real decisions
- Coordinate with property partners, internal teams and external stakeholders
- Own founder management: prep, follow-ups, documentation and making things move
- Jump on whatever the business needs most that week, and figure it out
What We're Looking For
- A zeal to work with founders and learn how a business actually runs
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, you are genuinely good with data
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- High ownership and discretion, you will see how the business really works
- Structured thinking with a bias for action
