Curis Life, a growing multi-specialty healthcare clinic in Andheri West, is looking for a Zoho CRM Implementation & Automation Specialist to design, implement, customize, and optimize our Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, workflow automation, API integrations, and business process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and customize Zoho CRM based on business requirements.
- Build workflows, Blueprints, automation, and custom functions using Deluge.
- Integrate Zoho CRM with WordPress, WhatsApp Business API, Google Ads, Meta Lead Ads, telephony systems, and other third-party applications.
- Create dashboards and reports to track leads, appointments, conversions, and marketing performance.
- Optimize CRM processes to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
- Troubleshoot issues, maintain integrations, and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting.
- Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of WordPress, CRM automation, and workflow design.
- Good understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or diagnostic centers.
- Knowledge of Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Campaigns, and WhatsApp Business API.
