Job Summary
Flexpro Electricals Private Limited is hiring a dedicated Electrical Engineer to support production activities, process inspection, and general electrical operations. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to understand electrical drawings and schematics. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production and electrical assembly activities
- Perform process inspection and quality checks during production
- Inspect electrical panels, wiring, and components as per specifications
- Identify issues during manufacturing and coordinate with the team for corrections
- Understand and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
- Ensure work is carried out according to quality and safety standards
- Maintain inspection reports and production records
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and final inspection activities
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in electrical field
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings
- Basic knowledge of electrical components, wiring, and control panels
- Knowledge of MS Excel and documentation preferred
- Good observation and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of panel manufacturing / industrial electrical systems
