We aim to create a new, low cost system of education that is built for scale, accessibility and high standards, relevant to creating lifelong learners, inquirers and problem solvers. The institute works in the areas of curriculum development, education research, pedagogy instruction, educator capacity building, school management and outreach for system change.
We are seeking experienced educators to join the teacher training team at the Shikha Institute of Education. The Teacher Trainer will strengthen classroom practice by coaching teachers, conducting classroom observations, and providing actionable, evidence-based feedback.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in teacher development, instructional coaching, or mentorship, with a deep understanding of effective teaching practices. They should be skilled in observing classrooms, identifying areas of growth, and supporting teachers through structured coaching cycles.

Their responsibilities include:
- Coach and mentor teachers through structured cycles
- Observe classrooms and provide actionable, evidence-based feedback
- Facilitate professional development sessions
- Model student-centered instructional strategies
- Support effective curriculum implementation
- Build strong professional relationships with teachers
- Evaluate teacher progress and outcomes
