Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting activities.
- Perform year-end finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports and MIS.
- Participate in client meetings, understand requirements, and provide accounting support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and manage assigned team members effectively.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of accounting tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
