Location: Indore (MP) / Patiala (Punjab)
Qualification: BE / B. Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 6–10 years (preferably in plotting / township / land development projects)
Role Overview
The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end execution of plotting and land development works including site infrastructure, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control. The role requires strong coordination with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to deliver large-scale plotted developments efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Execution & Site Management
- Supervise and execute site activities related to plotting projects (earthwork, road development, drainage, water supply, sewerage, electrification).
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare progress reports.
2. Infrastructure Development
- Oversee construction of internal roads (WBM/WMM/Asphalt/Concrete).
- Execute stormwater drainage, sewer lines, water pipelines, and utility corridors.
- Ensure proper site grading, leveling, and demarcation of plots.
3. Contractor Management
- Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Verify bills, measurements (RA bills), and ensure adherence to BOQs.
- Ensure productivity and optimal resource utilization.
4. Quality Control
- Implement quality standards and conduct regular inspections.
- Ensure testing of materials (soil, concrete, aggregates, etc.) as per norms.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and compliance records.
5. Planning & Coordination
- Work closely with planning and design teams for execution schedules.
- Coordinate with survey teams for layout marking and plot demarcation.
- Liaise with consultants, architects, and local authorities as required.
6. Cost & Billing Control
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
