Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage material receipt, storage, issue, and inventory control at real estate/construction project sites. The candidate will ensure timely availability of materials, accurate stock records, proper documentation, and effective coordination with the site, purchase, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive construction materials at the project/site store and verify them against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Check the quantity, specifications, and physical condition of materials received.
- Prepare and maintain Material Receipt Notes (MRN/GRN) and other store documentation.
- Properly store and organize construction materials such as cement, steel, electrical items, plumbing materials, tiles, hardware, tools, safety materials, etc.
- Issue materials to site teams based on approved material requisitions/indent forms.
- Maintain accurate stock registers, bin cards, inward/outward records, and inventory reports.
- Monitor daily material consumption and stock levels.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Project teams for material requirements and replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with system/register records.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and slow-moving materials and report them to management.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage, wastage, and pilferage.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO principles wherever applicable.
- Maintain proper records for material returns, transfers, and rejected/damaged materials.
- Track and maintain records of tools, equipment, and other site assets issued to employees/workers.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and security within the store area.
- Support project audits and provide required inventory documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Purchase, Accounts, and Project Managers for smooth material flow.
- Ensure materials are available at the site as per project requirements and timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Any Degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in stores/inventory management, preferably in real estate or construction projects.
- Experience handling construction materials and site stores will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/store management software.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site and project teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
