Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting product installations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist customers with system setup, installation, configuration, and onboarding activities.
- Support the installation, deployment, and maintenance of software applications and hardware solutions.
- Conduct product and platform demonstrations to help customers effectively use company systems and solutions.
- Accurately document customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in internal ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, and product teams to resolve escalated customer concerns.
- Monitor support requests and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product features, system enhancements, and troubleshooting procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of computer systems, operating systems, networking concepts, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems, software installation, and hardware components.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to CRM or ticketing tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of networking protocols, IP addressing, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Experience in customer-facing technical support environments will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
