Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our real estate sales team in Andheri West. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with experience in real estate sales and customer handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain project details, property specifications, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and available inventory.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and property presentations.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective customers throughout the sales process until closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate information.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information, interactions, follow-ups, and sales status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to closure.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales / property sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated approach.
- Comfortable conducting site visits and property presentations.
- Candidates with a proven track record in real estate sales are preferred.

Andheri, Goregaon, Jogeshwari, Malad, Kandivali, Borivali, Dahisar, Ghatkopar, Vile Parle, Santacruz, Bandra, and Kurla.
