Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and business development activities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and business development targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop strategic plans to expand into new markets and business segments.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Represent Manju Group at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve business growth and sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as required.
