Lead end-to-end execution of API plant expansion, greenfield, brownfield, and debottlenecking projects. Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion. Monitor project progress using project management tools and provide regular MIS reports to management. Manage contractors, vendors, consultants, and equipment suppliers. Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, Quality, and statutory requirements throughout project execution. Review engineering drawings, P&IDs, layouts, and technical specifications. Coordinate equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation activities. Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans. Track project costs and control budgets to achieve cost-effective execution. Ensure documentation, change control, and project closure activities are completed.
