We are looking for a detail-oriented French Business Analyst to support business operations through accurate translation and data analysis. The role involves translating business content between English and French, analysing requirements, validating data, and preparing reports. The candidate will work closely with project and operational teams to ensure clear communication, quality deliverables, and timely project execution.
- Translate business, technical, and operational documents between English and French while preserving original meaning, tone, and structure.
- Analyse business requirements and assist in documenting functional and operational processes.
- Converting text and audio recordings from English to French Language or vice-versa.
- Work closely with project managers and internal teams to understand project scope, workflows, and objectives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business documentation to support performance tracking and decision-making.
- Validate, monitor, and maintain data accuracy across reports and internal systems.
- Proofread and review translated content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, and technical teams to support business goals.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending efficient solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of workflows, reports, and translation records.
- Provide daily and weekly status updates on assigned tasks and project progress.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned work while meeting quality and performance targets.
- Use translation tools, reporting tools, and internal systems effectively to improve productivity.
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- BA or MA in French, Translation or related field; DELF A2 or B1 certification preferred.
- Proven experience in French translation or a related language support role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and clear documentation.
- Good knowledge of translation tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
