Job Summary:
We are looking for an Audit Executive to conduct stock audits, inventory audits, and damage audits across various warehouse locations. The role involves frequent travel, verifying physical stock, identifying discrepancies, and preparing audit reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct stock, inventory, and damage audits at warehouse locations.
- Verify physical stock against system records.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damaged goods.
- Prepare audit reports and maintain audit records.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Use basic Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
- Travel to different warehouse locations as per audit schedules.
Requirements:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
