We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Closer who can take ownership of high-value sales conversations and convert qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships.
This is not a transactional sales role. We are seeking a consultative sales professional with strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of closing high-ticket B2B deals. The ideal candidate can confidently engage with founders, executives, and senior decision-makers, understand complex business challenges, and position Navaan's services as strategic growth investments.

About the Role
As a Sales Closer at Navaan, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by converting qualified leads into long-term client partnerships. You will engage with international prospects, identify their marketing challenges, and position Navaan’s services as the strategic solution that delivers measurable impact. We’re looking for professionals who excel in consultative, relationship-driven sales, possess a global communication style, and can confidently lead high-value conversations with senior decision-makers.
This role is ideal for closers who can combine relationship-driven sales with financial intelligence and strategic thinking. Your ability to understand financial metrics, budgets, debt/equity investments, forecasting, and value-based pricing will help you lead more credible, outcome-focused conversations with founders, CFOs, and CMOs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified leads generated by the outreach and marketing teams, and convert them into long-term paying clients.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client goals, challenges, and strategic objectives.
- Present tailored marketing and PR solutions that align with client needs, brand vision, and industry dynamics.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless handoff and project alignment post-closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, pipelines, and deal stages within CRM tools.
- Consistently meet and exceed conversion targets while maintaining integrity and relationship-driven sales practices.
- Stay informed on global marketing trends, emerging industry insights, and Navaan’s evolving suite of services.
What You'll Need
- 6–10 years of experience in B2B or agency sales, with a strong closing track record in high-ticket deals.
- Prior experience selling marketing, branding, creative, consulting, or tech services.
- Strong understanding of basic finance, budgeting, revenue models, CAC, ROI, margins, and forecasting.
- Ability to articulate value-based pricing, justify investments, and align proposals with financial goals.
- Exceptional English communication skills, especially with international stakeholders.
- Experience closing deals with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Process-oriented approach with proficiency in CRM tools and structured workflows.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across North America, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling to global markets (US, UK, EU, Middle East, APAC).
- Exposure to marketing/PR/advertising landscapes.
- Understanding of cross-border sales, multi-country teams, and international procurement processes.
- Comfort in navigating financial discussions and presenting ROI-driven narratives.
