You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals, and continuously refining the applications to enhance performance and usability. Your role is pivotal in transforming business challenges into effective software solutions that support operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document design specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Billing.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to align with business processes.
- Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and application deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in application design and configuration.
