Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer – GRC/IRM with 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC), platform development, integrations, workflows, automation, and compliance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
* Develop and maintain complex integrations with internal and third-party systems.
* Build user-friendly interfaces and solutions using Service Portal and ServiceNow Workspace.
* Configure and develop workflows, Flow Designer processes, APIs, and IntegrationHub solutions.
* Develop custom applications, integrations, and automation within the IRM/GRC platform.
* Manage multiple projects and priorities while working independently and proactively.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, audit teams, and technical teams.
* Ensure solutions align with governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
Mandatory Technical Skills
* 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and coding experience.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, data models, APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and system integrations.
* Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
* Experience with Policy and Compliance Management.
* Experience with Risk Management and Audit Management.
* Experience with Vendor Risk Management and Business Continuity Management.
* Ability to develop workflows, custom applications, integrations, and automation within IRM.
* Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
* Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS – Risk and Compliance (IRM/GRC).

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹500.00 per hour
