Samta Research Alliance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Technical Team Lead (M.Tech –Engineering) to lead engineering research and technical projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineering professionals.
- Plan, assign, and monitor technical tasks and project timelines.
- Coordinate with management and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering-related challenges.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Review technical reports, research work, and project documentation.
- Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement.
Required Skills
- Strong technical knowledge in core engineering concepts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Eligibility
- M.Tech in any Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical or teaching role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
