Job Title: Senior .NET Full Stack Developer (React + Microservices + AI-Driven Development)
Experience Range: 5–7 Years
Hiring Location: Pune
Must Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, .NET Framework 4.7, ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, and Dependency Injection (DI)
- Expertise in Microservices Architecture and REST API development
- Strong frontend development experience with React JS (Angular knowledge is acceptable) along with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and jQuery
- Experience designing and developing enterprise-scale full-stack applications
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including:
- Stored Procedures
- Views
- Functions
- Performance tuning and optimization
- Experience integrating third-party APIs, cloud services, and event-driven architectures
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and deployment automation
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- ChatGPT
- AI-assisted code review/testing tools
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, code reviews, performance, security, and maintainability
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Good to Have Skills
- Experience in Legacy Application Modernization projects
- Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and API-first architecture
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and messaging platforms
- Exposure to cloud-native application design
- Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization
- Ability to mentor developers and provide technical leadership
- Experience evaluating and implementing Generative AI use cases across the SDLC
- Customer-facing communication and stakeholder management experience
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-scale applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Build scalable backend services using C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React JS.
- Design secure, scalable, and maintainable application architectures.
- Optimize SQL Server databases and implement database best practices.
- Drive AI-assisted software development using tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, UX, and DevOps teams.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support release management.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and enforce engineering standards.
- Participate in production support, monitoring, and continuous performance improvement.
